These Terms apply to the Shri Rangji Sweets website, purchases, and associated customer communications. The business is operated by SHRI RANGJI.
1. Orders
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Orders must be placed by persons legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
An acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order request. Acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order will be fulfilled.
If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you. Material substitutions require your agreement.
2. Products and Food Information
Product descriptions, quantities, prices, ingredients, and relevant storage or shelf-life information should be reviewed before ordering.
Handmade products may have minor variations in appearance. These variations do not excuse unsafe food, incorrect quantities, or material differences from the product description.
Please contact us before ordering if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Do not assume a product is allergen-free unless expressly stated.
Follow the storage instructions supplied with your products and consume them within their stated shelf life.
3. Pricing and Cash on Delivery
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any other charges will be disclosed before you confirm an order.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due at delivery for the amount stated in your order confirmation.
Any material pricing error will be communicated before fulfilment. We will not increase the agreed price without your consent.
4. Delivery
Delivery availability and expected timelines will be communicated during ordering or confirmation.
Please provide a complete address and ensure that someone can receive perishable products. If a delivery problem occurs, contact us promptly.
Significant delays and available options will be communicated. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights available under applicable law for defective, unsafe, incorrect, misdescribed, or undelivered products.
6. RCS Messaging Terms
Shri Rangji Sweets offers an optional RCS messaging programme for product information, festive collections, gifting, and promotional offers.
You will receive promotional messages only after explicitly subscribing. Purchasing a product does not require marketing consent.
Message frequency varies as disclosed when you subscribe. RCS availability depends on your device, messaging application, network, and connectivity. Your operator’s usual data or messaging charges may apply.
Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop RCS promotional messages, or contact +91 7773876880 or info@rangjisweet.in.
You may reply HELP for support information. Opt-out requests will be honoured promptly. Resuming promotional messages requires a fresh opt-in.
Personal information used for messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including necessary processing by MSG91, Google, and participating carriers or providers.
An RCS message does not create a confirmed purchase unless the order is separately confirmed through our ordering process. Specific offer conditions, availability, and validity periods will be disclosed with the offer.
7. Responsible Website Use
Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse customer support, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with website security.
Our branding, photographs, and original website content may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law.
8. Applicable Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Nothing prevents a customer from approaching a consumer commission or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month of receipt.
9. Changes
Updated Terms will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to orders already accepted.
