OPTING OUT OF RCS MESSAGES

CASH ON DELIVERY AND REFUNDS

The website currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not collect payment-card credentials at checkout.

For an approved refund of a paid COD order, we may request the minimum bank-account or UPI details necessary to process a refund through an appropriate channel. We will initiate an approved refund within 3–5 working days, subject to the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy. The time taken for funds to reach your account may depend on the bank or payment provider.

Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, banking passwords or full payment-card details through RCS or with someone claiming to represent us. We will never ask for these credentials.
